Eva Marcille, a former cast member on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” and her previous co-star Cynthia Bailey turned up at The Bailey Wine Cellar over the weekend.
On Sunday, June 28, the 35-year-old model shared a photo on Instagram that showed her and Cynthia holding two bottles, with Cynthia prominently displaying a bottle of moscato wine. Eva struck her pose by smiling with her mouth open, while the 53-year-old supermodel flaunted her pearly white teeth. The reality stars opted for a natural appearance, wearing minimal makeup and sporting waist-length box braids.
Eva gave birth to her son Michael Todd Sterling Jr. in 2018 and her youngest son Maverick Sterling the following year. The California native implied in her caption that she was excited to drink, explaining that she had been pregnant for the past two years and was ready to do a little imbibing.
She wrote: “@thebaileywinecellar With my Girl @cynthiabailey10 When we get together it’s all love (and booze) 💕 #reunited With two years of being pregnant we have some catch-up drinking to do🌻😝.”
Almost immediately, fans gravitated toward the image and gushed over their close bond. One IG user wrote: “When model besties link up 😏🔥❤️.” Someone else remarked, “🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 So here for this friendship!!! 🌻🌻🌻,” followed by another that wrote, “I think someone was crying tears of joy to see her friend. Love you both. 😍😍😍.”
However, other fans teased Eva for comments she made about Cynthia’s runway walk in 2018. During season 11 of “RHOA,” Eva claimed Cynthia had a veteran runway walk. Fans thought she was being snide toward the Alabama native, since the women have an 18-year-age gap. “Cynthia showing her the veteran walk,” someone commented underneath the wine shop image.
Eva revealed in a 2018 interview on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” that she was complimenting Bailey then. “I don’t think that I’m shady towards Cynthia. I think it was the truth,” she explained. “I mean, if I was called a vet, I would like think that someone is paying homage to me. Like, I’ve never heard someone call someone a vet and that was a negative thing,” she said.
