Toya Johnson Shows Off Her ‘Wagon,’ and Fans Clutch Their Pearls

Toya Johnson isn’t afraid to flaunt what she’s working with.

The mother of two, 36, put her toned body and bodacious booty on display on Thursday, June 18, in a sexy Instagram snap. She wore a form-fitting blue-and-green romper that hugged her curves in all the right places.

She posed in profile and showed off the silhouette of her hourglass frame. Another image captured Johnson’s backside as she picked up 2-year-old daughter Reign Rushing.

“I was just minding my business trying to take a picture and this little cutie walked outside lol,” she wrote in her caption. “Reign: mommy take my picture #ilovethiskid❤️”

So how has Johnson kept her booty flawless over the years? For starters, she does a lot of tough workouts with her fiancé Robert “Red” Rushing. They both do bench presses, heavy biceps curls and endless squats. On Sunday, the duo posted a photo that showed them taking a hike at what fans believed was Roswell Mill in suburban Atlanta. Johnson added in her caption, “Sunday Hike with my love.❤️ #wnm.”

Johnson and Rushing also own fitness company Weight No More, making health and fitness their priority. The initiative is meant to raise awareness about obesity and health-related issues that can come from being overweight.

Since Johnson’s health journey, she’s been posting a lot of thirst traps and cute photos all over Instagram. The latest photo of herself posing in the curve-hugging blue romper received several compliments from her fans.

One person wrote, “Okkkkk sis!! You better show them thangs 🤣 love your spirit and my beautiful little princess 😍👏🏽.” Someone else added, “You showing off that wagon girl 😍❤️.”

Another fan commented on how “perfect” Johnson’s body looked and added, “I thought you were Nae for a second. You look so good 💪🏾Sheesh 😍😩 you the coldest 🙌🏾 omm…” An Instagram user wrote, “Come thruuuu 😍 booty you look like you in your 20s still. You don’t not age!!! 😍.”

Democracy needs journalism it can trust.

This election season, the stakes are higher than usual — and so is the pressure on newsrooms to soften their coverage, stay quiet, or just disappear. Independent reporting, the kind that answers to readers instead of advertisers or political pressure, matters more in a moment like this, not less.

For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed independent and reader-funded. We have no corporate owner and no shareholders telling us what to cover or how to cover it. That independence is also our biggest vulnerability: nothing protects it except readers choosing to fund it directly.

Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under in a moment like this, it's rarely the independent, reader-funded ones that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
