Jackie Christie seems to have added model to her résumé, based on an Instagram video from Wednesday, April 22. The “Basketball Wives” cast member gave fans a snippet of her recent photo shoot. Her new modeling gig, however, backfired after fans expressed that her stance confused them.
The 50-year-old reality star wore a black tie-neck blouse and what appeared to be a pair of black-and-white shorts. The clip showed Christie sitting on a floor with her legs spread as Summer Walker’s song “Anna Mae” played in the background. Christie listed a few of her successful business endeavors in her caption.
Christie, the wife of retired NBA player Doug Christie, mentioned in her hashtag that she and her husband will be celebrating 25 years of marriage in July. Fans thought Jackie’s suggestive photo was too revealing for fans, explaining that she could have shared the photo with Doug instead. Fans dragged the television personality in the comments for her “confusing” posture.

Doug and Jackie Christie had a shotgun wedding in 1995 and have renewed their vows every year since. Doug is the father to her 26-year-old daughter Chantel Christie and her 18-year-old son Doug Christie Jr. Jackie has another daughter, Ta’kari Lee, from a previous relationship.
Jackie and Lee have an estranged relationship. Lee, who was raised by Jackie’s mother, revealed in a 2018 interview with Hollywood Unlocked that Jackie kicked her out of a property that she was renting from her years ago without any notice. It does not appear the mother-daughter duo will mend their relationship anytime soon.
