Although Erica Mena and her fiancé Safaree Samuels seem to be madly in love with each other, social media users made it clear this week that they’re fed up with the couple’s lovey-dovey posts.
Mena and Samuels aren’t shy about their relationship and often flood Twitter and Instagram with romantic couple pics. The 31-year-old model did exactly that again on Saturday afternoon when she shared a post of Samuels taking a photo of her on his iPhone.
Evidently out and about, Mena posed on a stairway while wearing a sexy curve-hugging black dress and stiletto heels. Her fiancé clearly liked what he was seeing and snapped a picture of her on his phone.
“Imagine having a Man that say he got you and he really show you he got you,” Mena wrote in her caption, boasting about the pair’s cute moment together.
Although some fans gushed over her post, others weren’t the least bit impressed.

“Sis just relax we know y’all in love calm down”
“Am I the only one who’s tired of them? Is tew much 😩”
Mena affirmed in June that she and Samuels were still in the midst of wedding planning. They’ve reportedly set their wedding date but have not revealed any details to the public.
The twosome publicly announced they were dating in November 2018 and got engaged a month later on Christmas Eve. He reportedly spent $175,000 on Mena’s 14-carat platinum engagement ring.
They did, however, split for a few days in June after Samuels was accused of cheating on Mena with his ex-girlfriend Gabrielle Davis. Days later, Samuels and Mena announced on social media that they had reconciled. Mena said via Instagram on July 11 that she and Samuels came close to eloping multiple times, “Today makes the 5th time we almost eloped we so anxious to be married already.”
