Joseline Hernandez clearly isn’t backing down from her ongoing court case with ex-fiancé Stevie J. and countersued for an increase in child support.
The proceeding custody battle between the two parents over their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella is seemingly becoming uglier by the minute. The 32-year-old mother recently hit back at Stevie J.’s claims of her being an unfit mother to their toddler and violating their 2018 custody agreement.
The “Run Me My Money” artist reportedly filed a countersuit against her ex-lover’s attempt to seek full custody of baby Bonnie, according to court documents supposedly obtained by Bossip last week. She apparently blasted the father of six for ‘”trying to take the child from the only home the child has known” and felt he should be dishing out more money for child support since he’s concerned about their daughter’s well-being. He was originally ordered to pay $1,000 a month in child support from his then $30,000-a-month income. However, Hernandez is now asking for 20 percent of his income, although it’s unclear how much he currently makes monthly.
The former “LHHATL” actress also claimed she never kept Stevie from seeing their daughter and obliged by the terms of their custody agreement which granted both parties joint custody but Hernandez primary physical custody. She additionally slapped down his claims of her moving to Miami from Atlanta to be with another man. The self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” called his lawsuit against her a “frivolous action.”
Late last month, the former “Bad Boy Entertainment” producer filed documents claiming Hernandez repeatedly has refused to let him see their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella Hernandez after he travels from his home in Atlanta to Miami, where she resides, to visit the toddler. He’s reportedly asking a judge in Atlanta to find her in contempt of court.
Hernandez reportedly has asked the judge to throw out Stevie J.’s case and award her additional child support.
Reports say both parties are set to appear in court next week over the matter.
