City Girls duo member Yung Miami and soulful songstress Ari Lennox faces off with another edition of Who Wore It Best. Yung Miami took to Instagram May 29 rocking a white ruffled sheer blouse and pants while posing on a beach.
The Florida native paired her outfit with a sequined bra, crystal shaped earrings, and a beach wave hairstyle. “It’s Yung Miami hoe 💅🏾,” the “Act Up” MC wrote in her caption.
The MC rocked the ’fit during the taping of her “ACT UP” music video. Fashion designer @SlashedbyTia custom-made Miami’s and Ari’s look, which can be found at Slashedbytia.net. With over 100,000 likes, Yung Miami’s look caused fans and social media users to give their thoughts.

However, not everyone was feeling Miami’s look. One fan even joked that the rapper looked like an “expensive condom.”
“Outfit kind off but you still look good,” another social media user wrote.

One fan came to the Quality Control artist defense, noting that “People don’t know Miami’s style 😒.”
Ari, who is signed to J.Cole’s record label, Dreamville Records, rocked the same outfit during a live performance at Blue Note in New York City for her record “Up Late” off her “Shea Butter Baby” album.
While fans were blown away by her vocals, they also loved the outfit that she was rocking.

However, while some YouTubers were here for her talent and aesthetic, one commentator was not here for Ari’s outfit.
“I hate this sheer trend,” the user said. “The top is okay but solid white pants would have been cuter.”
