Ray J. and Princess Love’s 10-Month-Old Daughter Melts Fans’ Hearts After Saying This

Princess Love and Ray J. Norwood‘s daughter Melody Love is enrapturing social media with her latest babble.

It wasn’t too long ago, when the proud parents shared videos of their baby girl saying “mama” and “dada,” which most children tend to do around the six- to seven-month mark, according to Baby Center. And now at 10 months, baby Melody appears to be saying her father’s first name.

The “One Wish” singer took to Instagram on Monday evening with a video message of his daughter saying his name. In the clip, Ray’s wife Princess is heard telling baby Melody to say “dada.” Instead, the infant looked up at her mother with a smile and blurted out, “Ray!”

The “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” actor who was not visible on camera, seemed a little caught off guard by his child’s response and confusedly uttered, “Ray?”

He wrote in his caption, “(Ray!!!) Daddy loves u!!!! @melodylovenorwood 10 monthz.”

Fans instantly gushed over Ray J.’s adorable video of his daughter saying his name.

“Omg lol shes saying ray 😍❤️💕 sweet babygirl she is so adorable!”

“😂 she’s is daddy’s little princess baby girl my favorite #celebritybaby.”

Ray J. and Princess welcomed their daughter into the world on May 22, 2018. The couple are both first-time parents, and the Prella Cosmetics owner described motherhood as one of “the best feelings ever” that “nobody can prepare you for what it’s actually like.”

Although, this is the couple’s first rodeo with parenthood, they’re actually looking forward to expanding their family.

“I want one more right now,” the “Moesha” actor, 38, told US weekly at the Kids’ Choice Awards in March. “I’m trying right now. I’m trying to get one in and hopefully we can have another by April, if it happens. … They could be friends and protect each other, like my sister and myself…  Two [kids] is good.”
