“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Rasheeda Frost recently showed off one of her best assets, which sent social media into a tizzy.
Frost and her husband Kirk Frost appear to be vacationing in Trinidad, seemingly for Carnival, as Mardi Gras is known in many Caribbean and Latin American countries. The pair were spotted on her Instagram Story Thursday evening taking a flight to their getaway destination.
Rasheeda also shared a video of herself and Kirk relaxing at an outdoor restaurant as she flossed her snazzy garments for the ‘Gram. She sported a black long-sleeved bodysuit embellished with rhinestones, denim distressed shorts that showed off her stunning legs, a pair of silver-and-black strapped stiletto heels and mini black bag to tie together the look.
The “Boss Chick” opted for a simple glam look but a bold hairstyle, including an ombre pink-and-blond bob. She captioned the image of herself with two heart emojis.
Fans went batty over Rasheeda’s sexy look and staggering legs.
“You look fabulous 🙌 love the hair 😍 @rasheeda,” one fan wrote. “You look like a trillion dollars!”
Another added, “❤️ This Queen 👑 right here I just get lost for words every time she post a picture I just love her swag what can I say she give me life!”
“Come thru LEGS!” said a fan. “Yes you ready for trini carnival next wknd 👍🏾.”
The 36-year-old has said she takes pride in working out and keeping in shape. She told Forbes magazine in April 2018 that she started her fitness company Rasheeda Fit to help others on their health journey.
“I am helping people take care of themselves while I take care of myself,” Rasheeda said.
She continued, “I get so much pleasure and gratification from working out, and being healthy has always been a part of my life. … I was a gymnast as a young girl and played basketball throughout high school. It’s easy to be active when you’re young. But it’s an uphill battle when you start having kids and seeing that weight is falling on you a little differently.”
The “LHHATL” star gave birth to her youngest son Karter in August 2013 and has been vocal about her struggles with postpartum depression.
“It was difficult for a while and it does take help from other people,” she told Essence in May 2018. “I think with every woman, you deal with postpartum depression differently. I tried to empower myself by saying, ‘OK. Find yourself. Find your workout time. Find that place to help you get back to being the normal you.'”
