Rumors are flying of Reginae Carter’s alleged split with her boyfriend, rapper YFN Lucci.
The couple publicly announced their relationship in February 2018 and had been an item since then. However, folks are starting to assume the couple broke up after Carter’s recent alluding tweets and “glow-up” photos.
The 20-year-old took to her Instagram on Saturday, Feb. 2, and posted a picture of herself styling and profiling Dolce & Gabbana attire while posing in front of a black SUV. She sported a black, red and white jogger suit with a leather crop-top and red open-toe heels. She opted for a shoulder-length bob and simple makeup look.

“You speak Dolce & Gabbana ? Let’s talk 😏,” Carter wrote in her caption.
Fans couldn’t help but notice how “better” the 20-year-old looked since allegedly breaking up with her boyfriend.
“You applying pressure this weekend suh!!” one fan exclaimed. “This that left a f–k boy glow!😍😍”
Another added, “Sis done left Lucci and glowed tf up! You been dressing here lately, I see ya Ms. Carter😍🔥!”
“🔥🔥🔥 Girl been f–kin the gram up,” a third added. “She always looks nice but she been killing s–t lately. It must be her breakup with lucci 😂.”
Carter, 20, and Lucci, 27, have been issuing social media posts seemingly alluding to their relationship that have observers assuming they’re broken up, and despite some fans’ belief otherwise, perhaps the Carter is not as care-free as she appears.
On Jan 27, Carter tweeted, “I hate a friendly ass nigga.”
Following her tweet, she also posted on her Instagram Story, “Let him go, keep yourself,” and added, “I will do exactly that.”
Lucci posted a ambiguous message on his Instagram on Monday that read, “LOVE is just a word it don’t matter to me #FREE21.”
The 20-year-old has since deleted all photos of her and the rapper off her social media. The two also made separate appearances during Super Bowl weekend.
During season 1 of “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,” Carter declared she would “cool down a bit” with her relationship with Lucci after deciding to focus on her career.
“We were kind of going through something and the world [had] seen it on social media,” Carter said during a scene. “So, it was a lot going on that’s why I barely could talk about this right now. But I gotta zip it on up, ’cause I have to go on set and I have to work and do what I love and do what’s going to make me my coins.”
