“Love and Hip Hop Hollywood” is undergoing some major changes for its next season.
After news broke that the VH1 series is doing away with its current production company, Eastern TV, now reports say the show is going to go in a new direction with its on-screen personnel.
Apparently, the stars are set to change with the main cast members only consisting of folks who are in relationships, making it more like Bravo’s “Housewives” franchises.

“They want the cast to only focus on actual couples and big names,” insiders told the Jasmine Brand Monday, Oct. 29.
That means the cast will focus on the likes of Ray J and Princess Love, A1 Bentley and Lyrica Anderson, and Brooke Valentine and Marcus Black. Singer K. Michelle is counted among some of the big names on the series.
As for who is staying and who is going, the sources claim no one on the show has gotten an offer to return as yet but that it will most likely happen by the time 2018 comes to a close.
The reports come after a Deadline report emerged last week saying VH1 is pulling Eastern TV from producing LHHH while the company will continue to produce other “Love and Hip Hop” franchises, including, Love and Hip Hop: New York, Love and Hip Hop: Miami and Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta. Plus, all the LHH shows will retain creator Mona Scott-Young as an executive producer on the show through her Monami Entertainment company.
