A new season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” has reportedly resulted in major dough coming in for the returning stars of the show.
Before the hit Bravo series returns for its 11th season next month, a Radar Online report has emerged that indicates the cast has gotten some pay raises.
NeNe Leakes, the wife with the longest tenure on the show, is reportedly making $2.75 million this season, up from the $2.5 million she made in season 10. She has the highest salary of all.
Kandi Burruss isn’t doing too bad for herself either. She’s said to be earning $2.2 million, compared against the $2 million she pulled in last season. As for Cynthia Bailey, the model is reportedly making $1.75 million for the new round of episodes which is more than the $1.6 million she made before. And mom-to-be Porsha Williams also allegedly got a pay raise going from earning $800,0000 to $1.25 million. Plus, new full-time housewife Eva Marcille is reportedly making $250,000 in her second season on the show. It’s the same amount first-time ATL ‘wife Shamari DeVoe is purportedly earning on her debut season.
Then there are the friends of the show. Longtime pal to the ATL wives Marlo Hampton is rumored to be getting paid $275,000, the most of all the friends on the show — and even more than Marcille. Then there’s newcomer Tanya Sam, a nurse and tech entrepreneur who is said to be earning the least of all the ladies with $100,000.
The rumored salaries were revealed after former wives Shereé Whitfield and Kenya Moore confirmed they are not coming back to RHOA. Both women have stated it was their choice to leave, with Whitfield saying on Instagram this summer that she declined an offer to return to the show. Moore told The Daily Dish she “decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama free environment.”
However, Radar reported Moore’s exit was also capped off with a $125,000 fine since she eloped with husband Marc Daly instead of having Bravo cameras capture their wedding day.
