A Coweta County, Georgia man was arrested after pulling a gun and yelling racial slurs at construction workers last Thursday, Sept. 15.
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, 72-year-old Harold Bishop took out his frustration on construction workers after discovering the road was closed.
“He pulled up on us and he was like get the n-word off the road, I live here, I [will] kill you n-word,” Nelson King tells reporters.
King immediately began to record the man, while a co-worker call 911.
After throwing a fit, the motorist left. Bishop returned to the scene a short while after where deputies apprehended him.
Bishop was charged with five counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, pointing a gun, terroristic threats, DUI and probation violations.
Now, he is held at the Coweta County jail without bond. Bishop will appear in court this Thursday.
