Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake are set to star in the upcoming movie Runner, Runner.
The film is about the offshore online gaming industry and is based on a tense relationship between a business founder (Affleck) and his protege (Timberlake).
Benjamin Géza Affleck-Boldt, best know as Ben Affleck, is an actor, film director, writer, and producer. He gained notoriety after playing in films like Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and Dogma. After Affleck won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award for the film Good Will Hunting, which he co-wrote with Matt Damon, his career exploded. Thereafter he starred in several other films.
Justin Randall Timberlake is an American singer-songwriter turned actor. His singing career began when he appeared as a contestant on Star Search, and then later starred on the Disney Channel television series The New Mickey Mouse Club, where he met future boy band ‘N Sync co-member JC Chasez.
Brad Furman will direct Runner, Runner and Brian Koppelman and David Levien wrote the script. Production is scheduled to begin this summer in Puerto Rico.
