‘Let’s Get Back to Speaking Truth’: Tyrese Claims Ex-Wife Sent Him a Cease-and-Desist Letter In Response to Singer Discussing Their Relationship on Social Media, But He Keeps Talking

Just days after Tyrese Gibson boldly accused his ex-wife Samantha Lee of committing perjury amid their child support drama while sharing a shady meme and several other questionable posts he reportedly vowed never to remove, the singer-turned-actor returned to social media, where he said lawyers representing the mother of their 3-year-old Soraya had issued him a cease-and-desist.

In an hour-long video, the “Baby Boy” star shared numerous details about the inner workings of his former relationship with the philanthropist. The 43-year-old star made several more allegations against Lee, including claims of lying and using him for his success. Gibson even went as far as to say Lee robbed their home while he was away.

The “Fast X” star said he was frustrated that he could not share his side while court proceedings were still ongoing, and at one point, revealed that he questioned his need to live. “If my life was my wife and my family, and I don’t have that anymore, what am I still here for?”

In a lengthy caption, the veteran actor wrote, I just got a CEASE and DESIST LETTER FROM SAMANTHA’s attorney…….. I guess I got another GAG ORDER.

Gibson went on to write some of the criticisms he’s received from critics online amid his marital woes, writing: “Let me get this out early for the trolls… He online crying again. Ain’t nobody about to sit through this long ass rant…  Who can type out the highlights? He’s toxic af. Toxic masculinity. What more do you want from me? Congratulations!!!!!!!!  Somebody please take his phone.”

“Now let’s get back to speaking TRUTH TO POWER!!!!!” he continued following his brief intermission. “Got 13 movies coming out in 2023” and “A double album called #BEAUTIFULPAIN,” he added. Gibson concluded his post by apologizing to his supporters and fans.

Many people in the actor’s comment section encouraged him to do some self-reflection, including one Instagram user who wrote, “Ask yourself why such things keep happening to you and take accountability for once.”

“He keeps repeating the same thing over and over again, why, why, why,” commented another person. “It is done over Tyrese. Let God have it all. What are u doing? Samantha is gone done.”

However, Gibson did receive some support from fans who sent kind and encouraging words, including one supporter who wrote, “Stay strong brother. All negative things come to an end and your light will shine again. The Lord is with you.”

Another person noted, “I never understood how they can demand someone to stop talking about their (keyword THEIR) feelings and experiences with or without someone. It’s crazy!”

Gibson and Lee got married in 2017 but separated in 2020. He was recently ordered $10,690 in monthly child support after his request for 50/50 custody of their daughter was denied.
