It appears that Cree Hardrict‘s roast couldn’t stop Tia Mowry from sporting what looks like uncomfortable shoes as she debuted a new look.
Last month, Hardrict jokingly called out his mother for continuously wearing high heels that made her feet look squished.
In an Instagram post shared on May 30, Mowry, who wore a floral dress with clear heels, was seen showing off her ensemble as she modeled along to Marc Rebillet’s “You Deserve It” track. The verse uploaded on the “Family Reunion” star’s video talked about temporarily letting go of responsibilities and enjoying a night out.
Part of the lyrics included, “Get the d–n babysitter, and then you put the d–n baby in the thing. Then you’re going to walk out the door, going to treat yourself right. G–d–nit, baby, it’s your d–n night out. Get your freak on, get your freak on. It’s your d–n night out. Get your freak on.”
In addition to the recording, Mowry wrote in the caption while mentioning the song’s lyrics. “Y’all heard what he said. Get the d–n babysitter and put on that dress, and let’s get our freak on, mommas. Let’s roll out!”
As many viewed Mowry’s upload, fans overlooked her message and immediately zeroed in on her feet. Several of the comments mentioned how painful the shoes appeared. One social media user went as far as to bring up Hardrict’s roast.
“Cree coming for them feet in them shoes.”
“I love the outfit but the shoes look too tight on her toes.”
“Those shoes (heart eyed emoji) I’d DEFINITELY risk all this toe surgery.”
“Those feet look cramped and uncomfortable.”
“Those shoes look like they hurt.”
Among the previous remarks, others flooded Mowry with compliments for her overall appearance. One wrote, “Leggggs for days. You look Absolutely Beautiful Tia.” Another said,”Womanhood at its perfection.” A third person posted, “@tiamowry You are everything without trying lol.”
