Actress Tia Mowry shared pictures on Instagram of her family celebrating Mother’s Day, and fans viewing the post dated for May 14, quickly noted the resemblance between the 43-year-old’s mother and her 4-year-old daughter.
Mowry included several pictures in her post, which included her 10-year-old son, Cree, and daughter Cairo, her husband, Cory Hardrict and her mother, producer Darlene Mowry.
Mowry captioned the Instagram post, “The best part about the month of May for me is that it’s filled with birthdays and holidays like Mother’s Day (aka more excuses for my family to get together more often with my mom [wink emoji]). These are the times that we can’t get back y’all. So take advantage of them [pink heart emojis].”
Fans responded and noted the strong resemblance between Mowry’s mother and her daughter, Cairo.
“Your baby girl is your mom’s twin. I use to think she favor your brother but Your mom is twinning with her especially in this picture,” wrote another. “Right!!!! I was just going to comment the same.”
“Yea your kids look like your mom fr lol,” said another fan. “Baby girl looks like grandma,” echoed another.
Some fans left comments regarding Mowry’s resemblance to her mom. “You and your mom are twins, beautiful,” noted one fan. “You really look like your mom,” another wrote.
Within days of the May 14 post, Mowry also wished her brother, Tahj Mowry, a happy birthday. The Twitter post and a separate Instagram post both are dated for May 17.
“Today is @tahj_mowry’s birthday! Join me in celebrating his big day and showering him with all the love,” she wrote on Twitter.
