‘This Is the Most Intense Workout’: Lori Harvey Reveals Which of Her ‘Little’ Workouts Humbled Boyfriend Michael B. Jordan

Lori Harvey may not have the muscle mass of her boyfriend Michael B. Jordan, but she is definitely putting in work at the gym.

The model-entrepreneur is known to leave fans fawning over her beauty, but also her toned physique. Jordan has proven he can put his body to the test with his physical transformations for the “Creed” films; but Harvey says there is one workout that caught him by surprise.

“When I started Pilates he was like, ‘Oh okay that little workout you doing is not that serious,’” she told celebrity makeup artist Patrick Starr. In fact, Harvey and Jordan have been known to work out together. In January, the 25-year-old wowed fans while in the ring with Jordan. Still, Harvey says nothing compares to Pilates.

“I was like, ‘No, this is the most intense workout I’ve ever done in my life.’ And he was like, ‘yeah, yeah whatever.’ ” Harvey invited her beau to join her so that he could find out just how “not serious” it really is.

“I was like, ‘You should just come with me and see.’ He was like, ‘okay,’ ” she recalled. “When I tell you he died, he died and had so much interest in it after that. He was like, ‘Oh, okay this is different.’ He was like, ‘I feel muscles that I’ve never used before.’ And like he’s muscular, he works out, he’s in the gym … He went for a couple weeks with me until he had to start back filming again.”

Jordan is currently working on “Creed III,” which will see him reprise his role as Adonis Creed, as well as making his directorial debut. The film is slated to hit theaters Nov. 23, and will introduce Jonathan Majors as Jordan’s on-screen rival. Photos snapped by fans as production took place on a beach in Southern California show Jordan is not the only one who has transformed their physique for the film with the help of trainer Corey Calliet — who trained Jordan for each of the series’ installments . For Majors, his role in “Creed III” will be his first accompanied with such physical demands.

“I got punched in the face about 100 times, but it’s all OK!,” he told Variety. The film is slated to hit theaters on Nov. 23.
