Grammy-and Emmy-winning comedian Tiffany Haddish and legendary storyteller Dave Chapelle attended the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend game in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday, Feb. 19.
On Instagram, Haddish shared a photo of the duo at the game, adding in the caption, “Hanging with my big brother.”
Fans in the comments complimented the 42-year-old and her blue three-piece outfit, paired with gold accessories and a short blonde hairstyle.
“You look great. Love that blue on you,” wrote one person, while another said, “You are beautiful in blonde hair too, Tiffany.”
Many could not get over the comedy duo, including dozens who requested Haddish and Chappelle team up in a collaborative comedy special.
“Yall need to do a show together, dammit!”
“Lawd, I would love to hang with you both!”

“You two should do a movie very soon in the future.”

Tiffany Haddish and Dave Chappelle have been in the comedy game for nearly 30 years combined. They’ve performed on stages, including BET’s ComicView and at the world-famous nightclub The Comedy Store. But Haddiash has always referred to Dave Chapelle as her comedy “brother” and “mentor.” In 2019, she presented the 48-year-old with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor live at the Kennedy Center.
“Dave brings people together in a way that maybe no one else in the world can,” Haddish told the crowd. “I met Dave over 20 years ago, and we’ve been friends ever since.”
Looking directly at the comedian, she said, “Dave, you have always been my mentor, my big brother, and every time I step on stage, I think of you. I always want to make you proud because you the goat, you the greatest.”
