Tamar Braxton purportedly is working on building a real estate portfolio as powerful as her vocals.
The “Love and War” singer shared an exciting update on Oct. 29 when she revealed that the ink was drying on her first real estate investment project, a plot of land of indeterminate size located around Atlanta. The former reality TV star said she will develop the land into a multi-million-dollar gated community, complete with “a nature walking trail, fishing pond, basketball court, pool” and more.
“Today I closed on my first real estate investment project in Atlanta. It’s a 10 million dollar subdivision project and I’m super excited about it,” she wrote in her Instagram post, which displayed an aerial shot of already-developed subdivision. “It’s a small upscale private gated community that will have a nature walking trail, fishing pond, basketball court, pool, etc. The homes will start in the low one million and are located 15 mins from Buckhead.”
It appears that the “To Catch a Beautician” host has already drawn some interest from at least one recognizable face in social media star TS Madison who commented, “Ooooh lemme see the floor plans for the house [house emoji] [upside down smiley emoji][upside down smiley emoji] i might want to grab me one while they can be grabbed‼️”
Tamar promised that although this may be her first foray into the real estate investment world, it won’t be her last, and already has her eye on her next project. “Even though this is my first project I will be working on more real estate deals … one will include affordable housing in my hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. #comingsoon,” reads her caption.
The “Let Me Know” artist’s latest business venture earned her plenty of support from fans as well who applauded her for keeping an eye on the coin.
