Steve Harvey seemingly is getting a big head after multiple days of his fans telling him how fly he looks.
As many fans know, Harvey does not play around when it comes to his suits. In fact, most of his Instagram page is filled with photos of him modeling his suits and other outfits that he may have worn that day or week. Just last week he went viral on Twitter after wearing an emerald green Dolce & Gabbana suit. Now it seems all the praise has made Harvey get a little cocky.
According to his stepdaughter Lori Harvey, who spoke with Justin Sylvester and Loni Love on E! News’ ‘Daily Pop,” “He’s feeling himself. You can’t tell him anything right now.” While Lori is a little fashionista herself, she did confess that she could not take credit for her father’s swag. “My best friend is his stylist, Elly Karamoh. So he has completely transformed him. He’s like a new style icon.”
Some may recall that Steve always has been known for his suits, but he has gone through an evolution with them. In his stand-up comedian days, he would wear suits that were very big, loose and not tailored. He recently spoke about his wardrobe transformation and gave credit to his wife of 14 years, Marjorie Harvey, for that.
“That’s the crazy part about it, because my wife is my biggest critic and my biggest fan. And she stopped me from wearing the big long suits a long time ago.” Recounting the moment that she told him, he told GQ, “She said, ‘Steve, can I talk to you?’ She said, ‘I’m tired of being married to a pimp.’ And I went, ‘What?’ I was stunned, because you married me and that’s all I had, was big suits. She said, ‘Yeah, but I was going to change you anyway.’ ”
