Tahj Mowry let fans see what he’s working with underneath his T-shirts and the reveal did not disappoint.
On March 6, the 34-year-old “Baby Daddy” actor took advantage of a sunny day by letting his upper body soak up some vitamin D. Mowry, who normally keeps it cute and clothed for the ‘Gram, shocked fans when he showed off his buff bod and seemed to anticipate the extra attention the thirst trap would get him. He captioned the Instagram photo: “It was nice out, don’t @ me.”
Mowry’s siblings couldn’t resist jumping into their brothers’ comments section to remark on the shirtless pic, with Tia encouraging him to “Stunt on dem ❤️,” while Tamera summed up her brother’s image in one word: “Dammmmnnnnnn 🔥🔥🔥.” The fellas in the family also gave Tahj props for his gains. Tavior Mowry ignored his big brother’s request and dropped four “@” symbols; brother-in-law Cory Hardrict wrote, “When they let you out Swole Cuz!! 🍷.”
Mowry and his biceps are preparing to make their debut in “Family Reunion,” which will reunite him with Tia onscreen for the first time since his appearances in “The Game.” Tahj makes a few brief appearances in the recently released season-three trailer and revealed on Instagram that his character’s name is Mr. Dean, who appears to teach a class that Isaiah Russell-Bailey’s character Shaka has his heart set on taking.
Tahj’s beefed-up physique pleasantly surprised fans and it didn’t take long for the “Smart Guy” comments and puns to start rolling in.

In addition to Tia Mowry and Isaiah Russell-Bailey, “Family Reunion” also stars Loretta Divine, Richard Roundtree, Anthony Alabi, Talia Jackson, Cameron J. Wright and Jordyn Raya James. The show returns to Netflix for a third season on April 5.
