‘Go Get Your Husband’: Cynthia Bailey Pens She ‘Misses’ Husband Mike Hill and Fans are Gushing Over the Post

Cynthia Bailey and her husband’s love was on full display on Feb. 25 after the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star shared a snapshot of her bare face in bed while declaring in her caption how much she “misses” her husband, sportscaster Mike Hill. The mother of one just came back from a birthday getaway trip to Jamaica with her daughter Noelle Robinson.

Bailey wrote, “‘miss u baby.’☀️ @itsmikehill #goodmorning.” To which Hill responded by rejoicing how beautiful his wife looked. He said, “How can someone WAKE up like THIS? It ain’t just the skin…it’s also within! Miss you too!!”

Hill is currently away from his Atlanta home that he shares with his newlywed bride as he travels for work. The sportscaster recently revealed that he landed a new hosting gig on the Black News Channel. He announced the news with an Instagram post by saying, “We got next!! Here’s what’s new in my world. Happy & honored to be a part of this new network @bncnewsand team. Hope you’ll “Start Your Day” w/@sharonreedlive & Mike starting 6a in March.” Many fans of the couple fawned over the pair’s love for each other.

“You two, get a room ❤️.”

“Awww💛 love the love you feel for her.”

“You and Mike are such a fabulous couple. 💙💙💙💞💞💞💞.”

“@itsmikehill and @cynthiabailey I love how yall love.”

One follower went as far as to tell the “RHOA” star to go get her husband. “Awww, go get your husband,, let the workers handle the business!!! I know it’s not that simple!!!! God bless.”

As many people admired the doting couple’s love, others mentioned the reality star’s illuminating skin. One wrote, “Skin looking so flawless❤️😍🙌🏽.”

Another said, “It’s the skin for me 😍.”

An Instagram user asked the 54-year-old to share her beauty secrets. “Drop your skin care Mrs. Hilll😍.”

In the past, Bailey has credited her youthful, refreshed appearance to her routine trip to her doctor for fillers and botox. Following that revelation, the mother of one revealed she had received some not-so-good comments regarding her procedure statements.

Bailey found a way to respond to those trolls by uploading a bare-faced photo during Eva Marcille’s makeup-free challenge. The model wrote as she shouted out Hill for liking her just the way she is, despite the fact she enjoys getting a tune-up here and there.

“Ok @evamarcille, you called us out (#RHOA) & i accept your #nomakeup #WashFaceChallenge chile🌻😎😜,Now let me keep it 💯, @facetune is my FRIEND! I’m 53 years old (always been very transparent about my age), and i am very secure with my looks, however, y’all know y’all can be very critical on the gram. So with that said, I’m not mad at a little tuning, or a filter. In the spirit of embracing my natural beauty, i did not use ANYTHING in this photo. So here you go🌻, the “real real”, and just the way @itsmikehill likes me😜.”

Democracy needs journalism it can trust.

This election season, the stakes are higher than usual — and so is the pressure on newsrooms to soften their coverage, stay quiet, or just disappear. Independent reporting, the kind that answers to readers instead of advertisers or political pressure, matters more in a moment like this, not less.

For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed independent and reader-funded. We have no corporate owner and no shareholders telling us what to cover or how to cover it. That independence is also our biggest vulnerability: nothing protects it except readers choosing to fund it directly.

Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under in a moment like this, it's rarely the independent, reader-funded ones that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
