Natural hair and protective styles look good on Tia Mowry. That’s evident from her latest Instagram post, and other recent posts by the “Sister Sister” star, who has been consistently putting out pictures that show her wearing beautiful natural hairstyles plus a cute outfit. Along with her good looks, Mowry gifts her fans with an inspirational quote as the caption for her photos.
Her Jan. 31 post includes an image that shows Mowry wearing a knee-length white and gold dress with a buckle along with white pointed-toe heels. Standing proudly in the first two photos, she looked at the camera smiling with one hand on her hip and her ankles crossed. Fans get a closer look at Mowry’s hair in the third photo. Her hair appears to be sectioned in parts and styled in Bantu knots in the form of a mohawk. For makeup, she wore a smokey eye shadow and a deep pink-colored lipstick.
Her caption reads, “Keep your circle small and your mind at #peace. Quality over Quantity. #bantuknots 🙏🏽.”

Mowry seems to be trying out new and healthy looks for her natural hair. For months, she has debuted a new hairdo for her fans, letting them see not only her hair growth progress, but also giving them ideas on what styles they could try. The 42-year-old cut her hair last year on Jan. 31, revealing that “it was time” for her to try something new. She added that the big chop was “part of a new year, new me — mentally and physically.”
Since then, fans have enjoyed watching Mowry switch up her look every other day — from a wig to an afro to a braided updo and buns.
