The tumultuous fallout between singer Tamar Braxton and WeTV is anything but over. In recent months Braxton publicly accused the network of exploiting her and wearing on her mental state to the point of a failed suicide attempt.
Now the singer is again pointing the finger of blame at WeTV for possibly playing a role in her departure from the talk show “The Real” in 2016.
The former “Braxton Family Values” cast member divulges the “rumor” on her podcast “Under Construction” while speaking with fellow reality television star Nene Leakes.
“I heard that that network that I was working with at the time would not sign off and allowed me and them girls to fall out in public, almost ruined my whole career, my livelihood, everything that I’ve worked for, and never said one time, didn’t say, ‘OK, you’re the star of the network, we’re gonna have a meeting with you, we don’t want you to do the show no more,” explained Braxton during the 56-minute episode.
Braxton accused her co-hosts Adrienne Bailon, Tamera Mowry, Loni Love, and Jeannie Mai of conspiring to get her fired.
She then questioned, “When does reality TV stop being reality TV and becomes reality?”
Fans feel Braxton is beating a dead horse by sharing the new allegations.
“I rode for you during the whole situation lol…. but babes😩😩 You were the one fighting they were trying to tell you lol and you were wilding on them 😩”
“Damn Tay you still talking about this it must still hurt let it go”
“I hope and pray that you have grown enough to give apologize to these women”
Still there were others supporting Braxton as she continues to discuss her exit from “The Real.”
“Keep growing and glowing sis! You got this,” wrote Leakes on IG.
“So proud of you ❤️”
