On Tuesday, Nov. 10, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey sat down with E! News Daily Pop and disclosed some details regarding her notorious bachelorette party. The 53-year-old was promoting season 13 of the hit Bravo series set to air on Dec. 6.
The reality star sardonically told “E!” co-hosts Justin Sylvester that she “cannot confirm nor deny anything that happened” after she went to bed. Cynthia also added that the alleged hookup between her “RHOA” cast mates and a male stripper didn’t bother her. “These are grown women. They can do whatever they want to do with whoever they want to do it with. It is not my business. If they like it, I love it.”
Although the newlywed is nervous about her sportscaster husband Mike Hill‘s reaction to what went down at her party, she assured the hosts that she kept him in the loop about the whole thing. “I will say as the lady of the hour, I definitely got my complete life, and I let my husband know.”
Page Six initially broke the story that two “RHOA” stars were allegedly engaged in a threesome with a male stripper named Michael Bolwaire in Charleston, South Carolina, where the festivities took place. An unnamed source told the New York Post gossip page that while at the party — which had a total of 9 to 10 guests — they heard “noises” coming from the back of the room. “[I was] hearing all these noises, sex talk and ‘f–k me harder.”
The source added that another person allegedly heard them going at it for about an hour. “She said when she thought they were finished, they started back up again.” The source also commented that some women at the party got really drunk and started hooking up. After Cynthia’s bachelorette party made headlines her cast mates Kenya Moore and Marlo Hampton denied having any involvement.
The next day gossip blog Love B. Scott reported that Porsha Williams and Tanya Sam were the alleged female parties who took part in the supposed sex scandal. Tanya, who’s engaged to entrepreneur Paul Judge, combated those claims in an Oct. 10 post on Instagram. She wrote, “I will address this topic now and will not entertain this absurdity any further. The rumor circulating about me is NOT TRUE.” Porsha has yet to release a statement.
In the middle of all this controversy, Michael, who goes by B.O.L.O. the male entertainer, shared an Instagram video on Oct. 12 revealing his identity. He said, “To whom this may concern. I am not just a stripper. I’m the stripper.”
Although the rumors “flattered” him, he stated it’s not a part of his brand. “I built an entire brand off of professionalism. It doesn’t just stop here. I got fans, followers, and supporters who can attest to that. The rumors and allegations going on right now are straight bulls**t. Although I’m flattered to be included in the same conversation as those beautiful women, nothing happened. Again, nothing happened.”
During Cynthia’s interview, she also commented on her former “RHOA” co-star Nene Leakes‘ absence during her October wedding, after the 52-year-old said attending the ceremony wouldn’t be beneficial to her.
“I really would’ve loved for Nene and Gregg to have come to the wedding. Nene met Mike before anyone did, and although we are not in the best place right now, I want to believe regardless of that she is happy for me, and she’s happy that I found Mike. I really felt in my heart, it felt actually wrong not to extend an invite. Now whether she chose to come or not, that’s completely up to her. “
