Halle Berry has a new man, y’all! The Academy Award-winning actress and her Grammy Award-winning singer beau Van Hunt have gone public with their relationship, confirming their statuses via Instagram posts.
The 54-year-old “X-Men” actress is letting the world know that she’s off the market in an Instagram picture in which she can be seen donning her man Van Hunt’s T-shirt, a brown newsboy cap, and a big grin, along with the caption “ now ya know… ♥️🦶🏽.”
Berry was previously married to Major League Baseball player David Justice, R&B singer Eric Benét, and most recently French actor Olivier Martinez from 2013-2016. She’s been largely single since her divorce from Martinez in 2016, only publicly dating British music producer Alex da Kid for a few months.
The 50-year-old “Down Here in Hell” singer has never been married but is a single father to a teenage son. In 2007, Hunt took home a Grammy for the category of Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals for appearing on a version of the Sly & the Family Stone song “Family Affair.”
Berry’s relationship confirmation was backed up by her boo, who reposted her image but updated the caption writing, “there you go…”
The couple has been hinting at their involvement on their social media pages over the past couple of months. The “Monster’s Ball” actress shared not one, but two photos of their feet looking quite cozy together on her pages, while Hunt shared cute pics of Berry giving him coy kisses on the cheek. The two also spent time in Las Vegas together for Berry’s birthday in August.
Fans wished both Berry and Hunt well on both of their posts.
“Wow loved van hunts music for 20 plus years, great musician, and such a cutie😍 you guys make a great couple!!,” wrote a well-wisher.

There’s no word yet as to why the couple chose to go public with their relationship at this particular moment, but the two appear to be settled in enough to want to share their happiness with the world.
