‘Timeless and Iconic’: Fans Congratulate Tia Mowry on the Success of ‘Sister, Sister,’ ‘The Game’ and ‘Family Reunion’ on Netflix

Tia Mowry-Hardrict is celebrating the revival of two of her former hit shows “Sister, Sister” and “The Game,” as well as her current series, “Family Reunion,” all of which are currently available on Netflix in the U.S.

The former child star-turned-Netflix star posted the most humble of flexes on her Instagram, thanking her fans for their support of all three shows, which were trending on the streaming service at the time of her post.

“Wow! Wow! Wow! Never ever did I ever think that I would have 3 shows #trending on @netflix This is insane!!!” she wrote in disbelief.

After continually working in the industry for almost 30 years and coming out on the other side of child stardom as a healthy adult, the actress has plenty to be proud of.

“The #love that I’m receiving from all #3 shows have been so amazing! #sister #sister, #thegame and my most recent show #familyreunion,” she continued. “Making over #400 episodes of television! 📺 I am so grateful for my job and I #love what I do! 🙏🏽 Thanks for allowing me into your homes for all these years! ❤️💕”

Fans proceeded to boost Tia for her contributions to shows that have made a mark on Black culture.

“You’re the best woman for the job! You deserve the love undoubtedly!!! 💖,” wrote a follower.

“Timeless and iconic 🙌🏾,” a second praised.

“Congrats! You’ve been a part of my life since I was a kid to a grown man,” a third reflected. “Thank you [for] all you do. The joy & positivity you’ve brought to my life im forever grateful.”

“You make good tv!! Period,” stated a fourth.

“Been flipping between them all since they went on Netflix.. you’ve made some memorable hits and definitely made an impact on the culture @tiamowry 💗 Bravo 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾,” a fifth applauded.

Tia’s twin sister and former co-host of “The Real,” Tamera Mowry-Housley, also shared how much of a “blessing” it’s been to “inspire many at such a young age” thanks to “Sister, Sister.”

“It all began here with my sissy! What a blessing to have inspired many at such a young age. Representation matters 💕,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful and I am so excited for our generation to relive one of my fav jobs in history! And I’m ecstatic for the newer generation to discover this show, now on @netflix. I never thought in a million years #SisterSister would become an American classic. Thanks for supporting us throughout the years. I’m forever grateful. 🙏🏽 @tiamowry @strongblacklead.”
