‘Quad With the Bod’: Quad Webb Shows Off Her Washboard Abs In Sexy Bikini Photo

Quad Webb is making the temperature go up! The “Married to Medicine” veteran showed off her extremely toned midsection while vacationing in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

In a Tuesday, Aug. 18 Instagram post, Quad poses for a photo outside the Hotel Bardo resort, during which she donned a sexy two-piece bikini for her trip. Her black bandeau top tied around her neck and was paired with a cheeky thong as the bikini bottom. The 39-year-old reality star accessorized her swimwear with a gold necklace and a matching bracelet. Her burnt orange hair was parted down the center and styled with curls. Quad went for a natural makeup look, rocking earth-toned eyeshadow with nude lipstick. Quad looked beach ready as she showed off her toenails painted yellow. “Beauty radiates from within💋,” she wrote in her Instagram caption.

People went absolutely nuts over her jaw-dropping figure. One user gushed underneath the image: “You got it going on! So beautiful.❤️,” followed by someone else who said, “Miss Quad! Miss Quad! She got it! She Got it! Looking good Miss Quad! They gone be mad!😜.” Another person wrote: “Yessssss Quad with the Bod!!! Don’t play with her🔥🔥,” while somebody else mentioned her ex-husband Dr. Gregory Lunceford and commented, “Whew Chile!!! Greg who???? Level up!!!!!!!🔥.”

Quad stands at 5 feet, 4 inches and revealed in a May Instagram post that she only weighs 125 pounds. The author of “Cooking with Miss Quad: Live, Laugh, Love, and Eat” follows a strict meal plan to maintain her fit figure. Quad rarely eats fried foods and typically stays away from seasoning her food with salts and sugars as opposed to other spices.

“The biggest thing for me when I cook is thinking of flavor,” she said in a 2019 interview with Upscale Magazine. “It’s being able to marry the best herbs and sauces and spices together to really give you a nice explosion when you’re biting into that meal.”
