Ciara is seriously “Leveling Up.” The 34-year-old singer and songwriter landed her very own radio show on Apple Music alongside Snoop Dogg and rapper Young M.A. Apple Music announced in a Tuesday, Aug. 18 statement that its new division of radio stations, including “Apple Music Hits” and “Apple Music Country,” will be introduced to viewers in nearly 165 countries.
Ciara shared the exciting news alongside a promo video from Apple Music in a Tuesday, Aug. 18 Instagram post. “I’m incredibly proud to share that I have my own radio show with @AppleMusic! #LevelUpRadio on Apple Music Hits! Come hang with ya girl! P.s. Another cool moment that was created during my pregnancy 😎 #LevelUp,” she captioned the clip.
Ciara’s new radio gig will allow her to “celebrate the definitive sounds of modern R&B music and share stories of her experience as an entrepreneur, mother, philanthropist, and an unstoppable entertainment force.” People were happy for the Texas native’s large accomplishment and wrote comments like “C’mon bagggg ❤️❤️❤️❤️ #levelingup” and “Another win for you! 🔥” underneath her post.
Aside from scoring a radio show during her pregnancy, Ciara also filmed the music video to her new song “Rooted” featuring Ester Dean two days before delivering her baby boy Win Harrison Wilson. The “Goodies” artist seemingly wanted all of her children to be a part of the project, considering her 6-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn and her 3-year-old daughter Sienna Princess Wilson also made a cameo appearance in the music video.
Ciara gave birth to her bundle of joy nearly three weeks ago and shared his arrival in a Thursday, July 23 Instagram post, where she was seen singing “Happy Birthday” to Win just moments after having him. The gorgeous mama of three and her husband Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson are the parents to Win and Sienna. The couple also raise little Future, whom she shares with her one-time fiancé, rapper Future.
