Less than a week after making her relationship Instagram official, Angela Simmons has given fans another look at her and her boo being all cute and stuff.
After being linked to both Bow Wow and Romeo quite publicly, the 32-year-old “Growing Up Hip-Hop” star said “sorry to those men” and went in an entirely different direction with 33-year-old boxer Daniel “Miracle Man” Jacobs.
In her caption-free snap, the attractive pair are laid-back and cuddled up while staring directly at the camera, with Daniel’s head resting on a pillow in Angela’s lap. In a second video snippet, they share a laugh about something and are truly beaming.
As a two-time middleweight world champion and survivor of a rare form of bone cancer, Jacobs is a fighter in more ways than one. Details about how the two met haven’t been revealed yet, but we wouldn’t be surprised if their mutual love of boxing had something to do with it.
Simmons’ followers are thrilled to see her step back into the dating pool and left their well-wishes in the comments.
“I love it and I’m so happy for her. She deserves it. 🙏🏻❤️,” wrote a fan.
“Thats right show him off,” encouraged a second.
“Beautiful so glad to see you happy in love,” commented a third. “Cherish y’all relationship and keep private much as you can….###Lovewins❤️❤️❤️”
“Right a GROWN MAN. Not ones who call themselves “lil” 😂😂☝🏾,”a shady fourth fan wrote.
“When a woman is being loved properly, it shows. And baby it’s all over you ❤️,” complimented a fifth.
Other fans noticed a resemblance between Simmons’ boxing champion boyfriend and a few other famous faces.
“He look like Luther Vandross,” commented a follower.
“Thought that was jamie fox,” wrote another.
“Thought that was Stevie J for a sec 😂😂😂😂,” joked a third.
Jacobs constitutes Simmons’ first confirmed relationship since she split with Sutton Tennyson, her ex-fiancé and the father of her now-3-year-old son, in December 2017. Tennyson and Simmons apparently were not reconciled at the time of his tragic death, when he was gunned down in front of his home in Atlanta in November 2018.
