It’s no secret that “Growing Up Hip Hop” reality star Angela Simmons likes to illustrate the importance of fitness on her Instagram profile. Lately she has been actively showcasing her boxing skills with her trainer, Simmy.
Saturday was no different, when the 32-year-old channeled her inner Laila Ali by rocking cornrows, black fitness wear, and doing several combinations of uppercuts with Bia’s “Cover Girl” playing in the background.
The determined Simmons was told by her trainer to keep her “feet on the floor” while getting her workout on outside.
“Oooo, this felt good today @boxwithsimmy 🥰💪🏽👏🏽 #BnB,” Simmons captioned the video showing her boxing skills.
Fans noticed how nice Simmons’ hands were and warned that the mother of one is not the one to mess with if she ever got into a scuffle with any of her “GUHH” cast mates, including her suspected lover, rapper Bow Wow.
“Them chicks on growing hip hop will never see it coming😂.”
“Ooohhh, and you got the hands too ☺️☺️☺️☺️.”
“🔥🔥 hands looking good 💯.”
“Little Bow Wow, better stay in line 🤣🤣🤣.”
“BUT WHO ARE U GONNA USE THIS SH– ON? 😂😂 Ang ain’t catching not one fade, hahaha 😂 BUT THAT’S MY DAWG!” Bow Wow commented.
“😂😂😂😂😂 shut up, Hahahaha I just be doing it lol,” Simmons responded.
Simmons and Bow Wow — or Shad Moss — have known each other since they were teens.
The pair’s friendship has been speculated to be more than platonic, and more recently, when Simmons uploaded a photo on June 27 captioned “He gets me 💫🥰,” fans we’re led to believe that she was referencing Bow Wow.
But the two reportedly were never romantically involved because Simmons wanted to remain a virgin.
“Our bond was like a Martin and Gina thing,” Bow Wow said in a September 2017 confessional episode of the We TV show.
“There will always be that question of ‘What if,'” he added.
Now that they are both parents and appear on “GUHH” together, there might be a chance that the two take their friendship further. However, in March of this year, Simmons said in a confessional that she and Bow Wow are “just friends.”
Regardless of Bow Wow and Simmons’ situation, the two seem to have a genuine love for each other, as shown throughout the We TV television show.
