Rasheeda Frost could’ve stopped traffic with the rock-hard abs she flaunted in an old throwback photo. The cast member of “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta“ recently showed her toned muscles in a Thursday, June 25, Instagram post, proving that she has always been in shape.
Clad in a pink sports bra and black sweatpants, Rasheeda struck her pose by smiling at the camera and flexing her biceps. The now-38-year-old reality star opted for an authentic look, going makeup-free and wearing her natural hair pulled back. Rasheeda looked as if she had just finished an intense workout and was getting ready to hop in the shower.
The proud mother of two implied in her caption that she had a rigorous exercise routine during the time the photo was taken. She wrote: “#tbt this was before Karter about 7-8 years ago when I was doing 5 miles a day & 300-400 sit ups π€£π€£ Im not trying to get back this small But all these muscles still under here somewhere πππ #abs #workout #exercise #fitness.”
Rasheeda’s post earned her numerous compliments about her fit figure. One user said, “Dayummmmmmm.. washboard goals ππ½ππ½ππ½,” followed by another that gushed, “π₯π₯π₯wow look at those Abs…ππͺπΎβ€β€β€ππΎππΎππΎ.” Other fans who reacted to the image expressed the idea that Rasheeda inspired them to hit the gym. “Ok do I need to do 7 miles and 1000 sit ups Lolol,” someone else said.
Rasheeda and her husband Kirk Frost share their 19-year-old son Ky Frost and their 6-year-old son Karter Frost. Kirk is also the father to 24-year-old Kelsie Frost and 4-year old Kannon Frost, whom he fathered with former stripper Jasmine Washington.
The “My Bubble Gum” artist shared in a 2017 interview with OK! Magazine that she exercises daily despite her busy lifestyle. “Being a working mom and having a crazy schedule, you really have to find that time to stay dedicated and figure out where to put fitness in your everyday life,” she said. “So, I found what works for me is doing a nice 30-, 45-minute workout that includes cardio, some light weight work, and Iβm always working on my core.”
