The new season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” came back with a new star in the mix. Last season, Lisa Vanderpump announced that she was departing from the series after nine seasons. With an opening available, it makes sense that Bravo hired another co-star to fill her spot. Garcelle Beauvais, the “RHOBH” newbie, joined the ladies as a friend to Lisa Rinna and Denise Richards.
While the hit reality show premiered in April, fans have recently taken a liking to Beauvais’ personality. On Wednesday, June 3, the Haitian–American actress posted a photo on Instagram that showed her holding a glass of wine with her castmates. Beauvais wore a blue maxi dress that contained an off-the-shoulder neckline and white sandals. Seemingly excited for the new episode to debut, she wrote: “It’s Wednesday so you know what that means …#rhobh @bravotv.”
Beauvais, an actress from “The Jamie Foxx Show,” received a shower of praises for her spunky persona.

Fans got a whiff of the “RHOBH” newcomer’s outgoing personality on the June 3 episode. Beauvais was nominated for an award for her work with the Los Angeles Mission during the show. Garcelle extended invitations to an awards program to the entire cast. During a car ride to the ceremony, Lipsa, a friend of the show, claimed that co-star Denise Richards said negative things about Kyle Richards, another cast member, and insinuated that Denise Richards would never say those things to Kyle Richard’s face.
In Garcelle’s acceptance speech, she thanked the sincere women in her life and seemingly threw shots at Kyle Richards for allegedly being a fake friend. Garcelle and Kyle Richards began feuding in the beginning of April after the “Coming to America” actress claimed Kyle Richards was the “least welcoming” in the group during an interview with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live.”
