Malaysia Pargo‘s love life seems to be the topic of conversation on the internet. The cast member of “Basketball Wives” sent a heartfelt birthday message to retired NFL player Darnell Dockett, and fans appear to be convinced that Dockett is her “soulmate.”
On Wednesday, May 27, Dockett turned 39 years old. In honor of his special day, Pargo posted a photo on Instagram that showed the former Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman standing shirtless in swimming trunks and rubber boots as he gazed at the sky in front of a waterfall. Pargo wrote in her caption: “When nothing goes right, I go to you. Youβre my go-to person at every hour. Happy birthday Bestfriend @dockett90.”
Over 7,000 people positively reacted to the striking image of the 6-foot-4, 290-pound three-time Pro Bowl player, with many fans suggesting that Pargo and Dockett should pursue a relationship.
“That man should not JUST BE your best friend lol @malaysiainthecity DAMN that man should be yours πππ.”
“Damn that’s a whole king π.”

Itβs not entirely clear what the nature of the 39-year-old Pargoβs association with Dockett is, unlike her well-documented union with former NBA player Jannero Pargo, whom she married in 2006 and divorced in 2014. Rumors swirled that the now-Portland Trail Blazers assistant coach cheated on Malaysia Pargo, but the reality star merely cited irreconcilable differences in their divorce filing. The former couple have three children together. Malaysia reportedly was awarded $15,380 a month for child support and another $7,500 a month for spousal support in the divorce settlement.
