Ciara and Nayvadius “Future” Wilburn‘s son, Future Zahir Wilburn, may have ushered in his sixth birthday in the midst of a global pandemic, but his mom and stepdad Russell Wilson weren’t going to let that be a reason not to celebrate.
The sweet couple threw a socially distanced obstacle course and indoor camping birthday bash for the six year old that looked like more fun than most birthday parties during normal times. “Counting The Blessings. Fans thought the creative birthday plans were a perfect workaround for the current climate and some even asked to be adopted by the couple based on their flourishing family.

Along with the quarantine-friendly birthday party, Russell Wilson shared a heartfelt message for his “best friend.” In the video he shared of him and young Future taking a dip in their pool, he wrote,”You are my daily inspiration. My best friend.”

Future’s dad also wished his “twin” a happy birthday over social media, albeit more succinctly.
Ciara and Russell Wilson wed in 2016. Along with the birthday boy Future, the two are parents to 3-year-old Sienna Wilson and are expecting a baby boy this year.
