‘I Like Color on You’: Jackie Christie’s Splash of Hue Makes Fans Fall in Love

If you know anything about Jackie Christie, then you know she is known for donning an all-black outfit. It’s very rare that fans are able to get a glimpse of the “Basketball Wives” reality star wearing anything beyond black, but she recently added a pop of color to her wardrobe. Christie, the wife of retired Los Angeles Clippers shooting guard Doug Christie, flaunted her semi-colorful drip in her latest Instagram post.

While Christie was sitting in the car on Sunday, May 3, she filmed a 15-second clip of her showing off her ensemble. The native of Seattle layered a brown suede overcoat over her short black dress. She wore a pair of gray suede over-the-knee boots, causing her fit thighs to poke through in the video. To add a little bit of sparkle, she sported a large diamond ring in addition to a silver watch. Flanked by her Louis Vuitton bag, the mother of three began recording the video.

Also in the caption, Christie hinted that her husband bought her the thigh- high boots as a present. The couple, who tied the knot in 1995, will be celebrating 25 years of marriage in July. She shared in a 2019 interview with Fox News that the key to their successful marriage is their communication. “We are each other’s biggest fans, lovers… best friends. We definitely keep the respect there as well. If you have communication in your relationship, you can make it through anything,” she said.
