It’s been three seasons since Phaedra Parks got the boot from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but fans seem to miss seeing her on television. Parks, a cast member of the show from season 3 to season 9, was let go for telling a nasty rumor about Kandi Burruss to Porsha Williams.
Parks, a lawyer at her own law firm, seems to be in high spirits despite the incident that happened nearly three years ago. On Tuesday, April 28, the 46-year-old mother of two boys was all smiles on Instagram.
Parks posted a photo that showed her donning a blue-and-gray patterned shirt and what appeared to be a pair of black plants. The former reality star placed one hand on her hip while the other played in her curly hair. She tilted her head ever so slightly for her modelesque pose.
Parks implied in her caption that she was beaming with joy because she was grateful to be thriving during her shelter-in-place life. Her positive outlook amid the pandemic caused fans to reminisce on her being on the show.
“I miss your fun spirit on my television. 😭 I could use a good Phaedra read right now.”

In season nine, the self-styled Southern belle told Williams that Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker were planning to drug Williams and take advantage of her sexually in their alleged sex dungeon. The allegation caused Parks to lose her peach, but rumors swirled last year that the network was trying to hire her back.
“I know there’s lots of rumors swirling around about me returning to the housewives, but I haven’t had any discussions about returning,” she said in a 2019 interview with Daily Mail. She added, “I never say never to any opportunities, but I had a good run and you know, I’m very happy right now.”
