It seems fans have a few questions about Alexis Skyy‘s identity.
The “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” reality star uploaded a throwback photo that shows her posing on a riverbank in Jamaica. The image showed the curvy model wearing a red, green and yellow bikini with a matching scarf. The photo is included in an Instagram post dated for Tuesday, April 28 and includes the caption, “Take me back to my country 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲” with seven Jamaican flag emojis.
Although Skyy revealed years ago she was of Jamaican and Asian descent, fans still questioned her background.
“You not even Jamaican , which part”
“She just started claiming that she is Jamaican about a year or two years ago…. they do that because once Jamaica is attached to your name ppl will like them more. Everyone wants to be us. Gyal ah yuh granny ah Jamaican not u.”

Skyy has yet responded to naysayers.
Her recent post comes a week after she revealed her new pixie haircut. Skyy shared a sexy photo that showed her wearing a lace bralette and matching shorts. Her new haircut was tapered on the sides with a feather swooped bang. The 25 year old was clearly feeling herself and fans definitely loved her new look.
“She inspired me to cut my hair she looks drop dead gorgeous with short hair,” said one social media user.
Another commented, ““A red bone with short hair 🤤🤤 so nice with it,you could be my shawty!!!.How do you see it?”
Someone else wrote, “Lorddddd 😩😍😍 she went n cut her hair again n i think im in luv”
In a now-deleted post, Skyy said she planned on wearing short hair for summer. With a picture of her natural hair she wrote, “Taking a big break from glue… I’ll only be wearing glueless if I want to go long 😍 natural hair for the summer 😍. My hair grew so much I literally put a drop of Jamaican castor oil after ever install and it helped so much.”
