It looks like social media users are ready for Angela Simmons and Bow Wow to take their friendship to the next level.
The two “Growing Up Hip Hop” stars have been friends for years and there’s been talk in recent weeks about them possibly rekindling their romance. Simmons and Bow Wow dated as teenagers and although they never quite made it to boyfriend and girlfriend status, the two celebs still managed to stay in contact.
On Thursday, April 23, Simmons took to Instagram and posted a clip of the “GUHH” season premiere. The scene showed Simmons and Bow Wow meeting up at his home and engaging in flirty conversation. When the fashionista complimented the “Like Mike” actor on his outdoor hammock, his response was, “I told them to put that out back because you gone be coming over a lot. And I said ‘me and Ange we need a place to lay in L.A. hey.’ I’m just saying.”
Simmons sheepishly dismissed Bow Wow’s flirtatious behavior. In their confessional, the “So So Def” artist also called Simmons the “First Lady” after he jokingly referred to himself as former president Barack Obama.
Fans immediately noticed the pair’s playful behavior toward each other.

During the mid-season of the series, Simmons suggested to Bow Wow that she pictured them reuniting one day.
“All the way from 17, all the way up, I believed that maybe in some fantasy we could be and that was gonna work,” Simmons said.
Bow Wow definitely has made it no secret that he still has feelings for the 32-year-old mother.
