Rasheeda Frost swapped her natural long black tresses for a blue-and-green multicolored lace front wig. The longtime “Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta” cast member showed off her new luscious locks on social media, and fans were obsessing over her new hairstyle.
The “My Bubble Gum” hitmaker’s voluminous ocean-blue hair and seaweed-green highlights enhanced the natural makeup on her face. In her caption to the video she posted to Instagram on Saturday, Frost implied that she was trying out new hairstyles because she has been holed up at home the past several weeks. Frost seemingly loved her new hair unit and asked fans for advice on naming her hairpiece.
“Isn’t she cute? What am I gonna call this?” she asked her followers in the video. Her wavy new hairdo suggested a sea theme to some fans, so they couldn’t resist the urge to call her “mermaid.”
“U can literally pull off any damn color 😍,” one user gushed.

Frost’s natural black hair extends past her shoulders, so fans have wondered why the reality star wears wigs. The Georgia native has explained that she loves to change up her appearance and coloring her natural hair all the time would damage her long, curly tresses. “Wigs are a protective style for me. I keep my hair braided up and moisturized under my wigs and do either a treatment or deep conditioning before each new braid,” she wrote on Instagram in January.
Fans seemingly believe Frost can pull off any hair color, and from the looks of things, she probably won’t stop changing her hair anytime soon.
