‘You Look Like You’re in Your 20s’: Fans Swoon Over Evelyn Lozada’s Youthful Appearance

Evelyn Lozada appears to be aging like fine wine. The “Basketball Wives” cast member served up some youthful looks on social media, and her 4 million followers are praising her for maintaining a “young adult” figure.

The 44-year-old model struck a pose outside for her full-body glam shot. She wore a black-and-white bodycon romper jumpsuit and paired it with black stilettos. Lozada came through dripping in a pair of black sunglasses and one wrist adorned with silver- and gold-colored bangles. She sported large hoop earrings and pinned her dark hair into a low bun. The mother of two appeared to be standing on her outside balcony in front of a backdrop of green outdoor scenery. The reality star’s look had fans gushing over her age-defying appearance.

Lozada revealed her secret to looking young and healthy is maintaining the right lifestyle. She shared that her diet consists of eating lean meats, fruit, and vegetables in addition to consuming a gallon of water a day. In 2014, just months after she gave birth to son Carl Crawford, the New York native wrote a column for OK! Magazine and gave advice to new mothers who are seeking a lifestyle transformation after giving birth.

The reality star implied that she was no rush to lose her baby weight after giving birth to her baby boy. However, she was mildly active during her post-pregnancy journey. She explained that mothers who are working toward snapping back to their pre-pregnancy weight should be patient with their bodies. She encouraged new mothers to walk around the block or exercise on a treadmill for 10 to 20 minutes a day until their bodies are completely ready to withstand intense exercise.
