It looks like Stevie J. is taking credit for paving the way for a lot of “Love and Hip Hop” stars that came after him.
The “Good Guy” and his ex-girlfriend of 13 years, Mimi Faust, recently sat down with VH1 to give commentary on one of the more famous scenes from “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta.” The network replayed the classic scene from season 2 where Joseline Hernandez found out Faust was living with Stevie and she stopped by his home and called Faust a “maid.” Her exact words to Faust were, “Hey maid, I see you got on your maid outfit like you always do.”
Both Stevie J. and Faust looked back at the ordeal from nearly eight years ago and gave their commentary. The Bad Boy Entertainment producer actually smirked at the scene and mentioned how he was the first person to have multiple women at the same time. He added that it was his love triangle that paved the way for Peter Gunz and Safaree Samuels on “Love and Hip Hop: New York” and the other male castmates with the same storylines.
“It’s just great to know that after Atlanta pop and they saw how I was doing things … they started doing things the way I was doing things in New York, in L.A., in Miami. There’s a Stevie J. in every city,” Stevie J. told VH1. “I inspire three generations. While these dudes is playa hatin’ I’m hot ventilation. … There wouldn’t be no Peter Gunz or no Safaree or none of that without the sleezo.”
“LHHATL” viewers had several reactions to Stevie J. gloating over his antics.
“The fact that Stevie is bragging about basically starting the player movement is sad asf, ESPECIALLY since he has daughters. Do better.”
“This reiterates that Stevie is trash, he is sitting up there bragging about being a player. He hurt that woman and she’s still clearly traumatized from this.”
“Stevie thinks it’s cute what he did to both of them till it happens to his daughters 🥴can’t wait.”
“Stevie thinking he’s the spokesperson for cheating and being proud of putting two beautiful women in a shitty situation is inherently the problem in itself cause he still doesn’t see what he did as wrong.”

Both Gunz and Samuels have yet to respond to Stevie J.’s remarks.
As of late the music producer, Faust and Hernandez all seem to be in a good space. Stevie, who’s married to R&B singer Faith Evans, has a great co-parenting relationship with both of his exes. He and Faust share 10-year-old daughter Eva Giselle Jordan together.
Stevie J. and Hernandez co-parent their 3-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella. After undergoing a nasty custody battle last summer, the pair have put their differences aside for their toddler.
