The March 1 promo episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” gave viewers an inside look at Kenya Moore and Marc Daly‘s estranged marriage.
During a dinner party, Daly was asked, “Are you enjoying the ride that comes with being married?” He replied by saying, “No, I hate it. Everyone knows that.”
The promo began with Moore and Daly sitting at a dinner party, and Daly being seemingly annoyed at Moore for wanting to get up from the table to mingle with other guests. He asked her, “Why don’t you stay babe?” She replied by saying, “I’m a hostess. I don’t know why I can’t move around.”
Moore’s castmates Eva Marcille, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and Porsha Williams were some of the few guests in attendance at the party. However, Moore’s frenemy, NeNe Leakes, noticed just how distant the couple was acting toward each other during the dinner.
Leakes told viewers that she has only been around the pair a few times. However, based on her observations, Moore and Daly have never had a lovey-dovey relationship.
Fans expressed how they felt about Daly’s comments on social media.
One “RHOA” fan said, “As much as Kenya gets on my nerves she doesn’t deserve to be treated like that 😩”
Another fan commented, “She need to let that man go so he can find the man of his dreams.”
“I’m sorry, I know everyone hates Kenya, but I feel bad for her. I know she cuts up for the show, but nobody deserves this,” said a third user.
A fourth fan said, “He gives me narcissistic vibes.”
“Wow.. he seems low key abusive mentally , physically and/or emotionally,” said a fifth user.
The reality star announced last October that she and Daly were officially splitting up. In an interview with People Magazine, Moore said, “I didn’t get married to quit. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”
The former couple welcomed their daughter, Brooklyn Daly, into the world a little over two years ago.
After a fan spotted Moore and Daly having brunch together in New York City a few weeks ago, Andy Cohen of “Watch What Happens Live!” addressed the rumors about her and Daly getting back together.
Moore told viewers she is in the process of working out her relationship with Daly, which led fans to believe Moore and Daly were arguing for the sake of a storyline.
