A lot of people said that Evelyn Lozada has a twin, and they weren’t talking about her sister or daughter Shaniece Hairston. They were referring to her niece Mia, who recently celebrated her 21st birthday.
The “Basketball Wives” star shared a photo of herself and niece on Instagram Monday, Feb. 17. Lozada is wearing a pink jacket, jeans and a white top, while Mia is also wearing jeans, a white top but a black jacket.
“Having you for a niece is the most wonderful gift I’ve ever received. Happy Birthday! @miaochoa_ ❤️🥰,” wrote Lozada in the caption.
It seems like the women are nearly the same height in the photo, and their hairstyles are similar too, which could be part of the reason why many say they’re identical.
“She is your twin,” one person wrote under the photo, which has received over 78,000 likes so far.
“She could be ur daughter!!” someone else followed.
“OmG! She looks exactly like u!😍,” another person commented.
“She looks more like your daughter than your daughter,” read another message.
Other people told Lozada how strong her family genes are and how beautiful they find her.
There were also some who said they were taken aback after reading the caption, because they were convinced that Mia was Lozada’s daughter and not her niece.

Mia also posted a photo to celebrate her birthday. She shared it on Feb. 18 and is wearing a short burgundy dress with heels.
“Cheers to 21! 🥂,” she captioned the photo, which, according to the tag, was taken at the Asian-styled eatery Tao in Los Angeles.
“Beauty is her name 😘❤️😍,” wrote Lozada underneath that pic.
