‘Just a Little’: Joe Budden’s Ex Cyn Santana Claps Back at Fans Who Accuse Her of ‘Photoshopping’ Pic

Cyn Santana, the ex-fiancée of Joe Budden, is currently under fire.

The “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star landed the gig of being one of the brand ambassadors for singer Rihanna‘s lingerie collection Savage X Fenty. She announced the news on Tuesday via Instagram with a sexy photo of herself.

Santana rocked a black bra and underwear set with thigh-high pantyhose and stiletto pumps. She posed with her back arched and hips thrust up, flossing her rump-shaker. The 27-year-old star captioned the post, “A savage in savage, but she’s kinda sweet @savagexfenty 🥰🌹 #SavageXAmbassador”

Fans immediately slapped down the photo and claimed it was digitally altered.

“This is OD photo shop she thicker than this 👌”

“Edit or not you look amazing!! ❤️,” one fan said.

Another person commented, “Damn she look good but something looks out of place.

One fan in particular tagged Santana and wrote, “Cute but the edit on your arm is a fail 🤦!”

Seemingly fed up with criticism, Santana responded, “It’ll be fine babe. Just a little edit lol grab some savage sets tho!! Get ya sexy on 😊”

Her fans chimed in and jumped to her defense.

“Of course a hater would say it’s photoshopped. There’s absolutely no edit on this. Cyn looks amazing 🔥”

“Edit or not you look amazing!! ❤️ you are just too beautiful keep it up girl we see you!!!!”

Santana is the mother of a 2-year-old son, one she shares with her ex Budden.

The former couple currently appear on “LHHNY” together despite their apparent split. Santana currently talked about co-parenting with Budden in a recent interview with “Love and Hip Hop” posted to their YouTube page on Feb. 8.

“Co-parenting is amazing, I don’t why I didn’t think of it before,” she said. “Co-parenting is important and it’s been a challenge, we’re working through it.”

In August, Santana and Budden butted heads over their son. The retired rapper implied that she had not been letting him see their son, tweeting on Aug. 13, “I miss my son so much…. gotta go thru it tho… again.”

Santana slapped down his veiled accusations after receiving backlash and replied, “Lol y’all think I give a damn about what complete strangers with ZERO information have to say about me as it pertains to my son? Y’all don’t know a SINGLE thing about anything. I’ve kept it like that on purpose sis. Y’all stay blessed and protected tho.”

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
