Since news broke Lori Harvey was allegedly dating rapper Future, fans wondered what her stepfather and “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man” author Steve Harvey’s thoughts were.
Over the past year, Lori has been linked to several high-profile entertainers, including Diddy, his son Justin Combs, Trey Songz, and now the “Mask Off” rapper.
While in Los Angeles this week, the “Kings of Comedy” actor was approached by the Hollywood Fix and asked his thoughts about his stepdaughter being romantically involved with Future. The comedian gave a brief response, replying, “I don’t know nothing about that.”
It’s not clear if Steve doesn’t approve of the 22-year-old’s dating choices or if he’s unfamiliar with the rumor. Either way, social media users chimed in on Steve’s comment.

Lori and Future seemingly confirmed their romance in November after they were spotted in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, together, perhaps for a romantic getaway. Future also shared an unaccompanied picture of the model posing in all-black attire with the caption: “Flawless. Tap for details.”
Dating rumors first surrounded Future and Lori after they were allegedly spotted “all over each other” at Teyana Taylor’s November concert in Atlanta. The 22-year-old was also spotted at his 36th birthday party on Nov. 20.
They were most recently spotted together at a getaway in Montego Bay, Jamaica, for the model’s upcoming 23rd birthday on Jan. 13.
Lori was engaged to Dutch soccer star Memphis Depay in 2017, but they eventually called things off later that year. Future was engaged to singer Ciara from 2013 to 2014. The exes share one son, Future Zahir. He also has five children from five previous relationships.
