‘You’re Welcome’: Brittney Taylor Seemingly Responds to Remy Ma’s Assault Charges Being Dismissed

It seems Brittney Taylor might still be trolling rapper Remy Ma despite their resolved legal issues.

On Monday, prosecutors reportedly dropped the charges against the “All the Way Up” rapper because they couldn’t prove that she assaulted Taylor, 30. There apparently was no surveillance footage or witnesses to back up Taylor’s claims that Remy, 38, punched her in the eye.

Following reports of Taylor’s legal case against Remy being dismissed, the young “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star decided to post a video of herself to Instagram the same day and captioned it “You’re welcome 😏.” The clip just showed the reality TV star chewing gum while gazing into the camera.

Several social media users called Taylor out on her post and claimed it was a subtle jab at Remy.

“Girl shut up! They threw the case out cause she kept changing up her story with no evidence 😂. Clown!”

“The b–ch needs to stop it and should be brought up on charges for lying. Child just relax!”

“Brittney you’re welcome you didn’t become victim number 2. Better stay quiet before she actually f–ks you up. She’s off parole now 🤗”

“You lied so thank your self😆😆 cause personally they should of locked you up”

Remy seemingly responded to Taylor’s apparently hinted post with a video of her own. She recorded a clip of herself laughing profusely and wrote the caption, “😌😎 When you just KEEP getting good news and you tryna hold it in but you just so blessed🙏🏽then you gain your composure cuz you also know that the haters are praying just as hard as you #RemyMa.”

Taylor said back in April that Remy assaulted her while they were backstage at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at New York City’s Irving Plaza.

Then, on May 1, the “All the Way Up” rapper turned herself in to the New York City Police Department and received a misdemeanor assault charge along with a few additional charges.

Remy had maintained her innocence since Taylor’s initial accusations.
