R&B singer and dance machine Ciara wished her Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson husband a happy 31st birthday via Instagram Friday, Nov. 29. Ciara took to Instagram to write him a heartfelt message showcasing her love for Russell.
“MY LOVE!! @DangeRussWilson, I am incredibly grateful for you and proud of the Man you are continually becoming!” she began the caption.
“Every year literally gets better and better! I admire you in so many ways…The God In You, The Leader in you, The Husband In you, The Best Friend In You, The Father In You.. I literally have it all in you, and it’s the best feeling in the world! May today and this year be the best one yet for you! I can’t wait to see what more God has in store for you! I know it’s going to be amazing!! I love you to the Moon and Back! #HappyBirthday My Sweet Honey! ❤️🎂.”
With over 400,000 likes to her post, it was clear that social media users were here for Ciara’s heartfelt note to her hubby.
However, fans weren’t the only ones gushing over Ciara’s love note. Russell himself chimed in his wife’s comments, writing, “You have made my world so much better! You have given me…Joy. Love. Peace. 2 beautiful kids.”
“You have given me Forever. You make every year better every year we are together. Daddy Loves You,” he concluded.
Fans of the singer responded with nothing but love and support for the Wilson’s union.

The Wilsons wed in 2016 and share a daughter named Sienna Princess Wilson who was born in 2017. Ciara has a 5-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn by rapper Future.
Future and Ciara ended their engagement in 2014, the same year they welcomed their son. Allegedly, Future’s cheating ended their relationship.
The “Promise” singer got more in-depth about her failed relationship with Future and current marriage with Russell during a June episode of Jada Pinkett Smith’s “Red Table Talk.”
“I grew up with my mom and dad being together, the idea of it being, ‘Mommy and Daddy made baby,’ then all of a sudden you’re living your life in front of the world. That adds a whole ’nother layer,” Ciara said.
