Although Monica and her ex-husband Shannon Brown decided to part ways, it seems the former NBA player might want that old thing back.
The “Don’t Take It Personal” singer virtually broke the internet earlier this week when she decided to celebrate her Nov. 5 birthday with a nude photoshoot. On Tuesday she bared it all to the world by cupping her breasts and sensually posing naked outside near a beach. Her “new beginnings” post drove folks wild, including her ex-husband Brown.
The former NBA journeyman took to Instagram on Wednesday and reposted his ex-wife’s thirst trap to his page. Replacing Monica’s “Not much getting under my skin these days… I Get ahead of it or above it” caption, Brown wrote, “What you say ?!?!?!?!”
Fans instantly slammed the retired athlete’s pass at Monica, flooding him with hundreds of comments.

This isn’t Brown’s first time trying to re-shoot his shot at his ex-wife. Just two weeks ago, he left 27 heart-eye emojis under a beauty post of hers.
The former couple got married in 2010, and the singer filed for divorce in March of this year.
Their divorce was finalized on Oct. 22, after Monica appeared in a Fayetteville, Georgia, courthouse with her attorney. The judge granted her divorce request in under 10 minutes, according to TMZ, and she was also given back her maiden name of Arnold.
The couple had a daughter in 2013 named Laiyah Brown, and Monica has two boys with the rapper Rocko named Rocko and Romelo.
While the reason for the pair’s split hasn’t been revealed, Monica did confirm it was not because of a cheating scandal. “And we fight the good fight because we have children watching us. So the reality is that, no matter what happens, he will always get my absolute respect, gratitude and also my assistance in being a part of whatever his life becomes,” she previously stated on “The RuPaul Show” in June.
