It looks like “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” couple Princess Love and Ray J Norwood purportedly are expecting a baby boy.
The couple have been somewhat discreet about their current pregnancy, but it seems new details were revealed about their new bundle of joy this week. Jasmine Brand sources claimed the pair’s latest addition to the family will be a boy, which apparently was what Ray J was hoping for.
The “One Wish” singer and his wife announced in August that they were expecting their second child in January 2020. The couple posted a family photo of themselves and their 1-year-old daughter Melody Love relaxing by a poolside. The mom-to-be displayed her adorable baby bump in a black one-piece swimsuit.
“Somebody’s gonna be a big sis 👶🏽🍼 New addition arriving Jan 2020 @melodylovenorwood @rayj#2under2 #Blessed,” Princess said via Instagram at the time.
Ray J additionally added, “Baby #2 on the way! @MelodyLoveNorwood your about to be a big sister! #Godisthegreatest @princesslove. … 👶🏽🍼 New addition arriving Jan 2020 @melodylovenorwood @rayj #2under2 #Blessed.”
Social media users have already began flooding the couple with congratulatory messages, although they’ve yet to officially confirm the gender of their unborn child.

The couple welcomed baby Melody in May 2018. Princess described motherhood as one of “the best feelings ever” that “nobody can prepare you for.”
Although Ray J never directly said he wanted a son, he did express that he wanted baby Melody to have a sibling so she could experience a similar relationship to the one he and his sister singer Brandy Norwood have.
